Fort Worth Museum of Science and History
Cruz is young, wild and three. It is amazing to have our son turn three. Marcial and I decided to take Cruz down to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, watching him learn and discover gives me life! It reminds me of the simple joys of life. Cruz is growing up so fast and it only makes us feel how blessed we are to grow with him into a strong family.
At the museum Cruz was eager to play and learned at the same time discovering fun games. In the Storyland
exhibit we walked through the pages from stories like The Snowy Day, Where’s SPOT?, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie and non the less Cruz’s favorite Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. Cruz had so much fun pairing up the letters of the alphabet on the palm tree as the band cycled through.
Another fun story was The Snowy Day exhibit where I was so proud of Cruz. He knew exactly where to place everything from the eyes, the nose, the arms and even the scarf. Finally we stepped into the Imagine Studio where the museum has a giant Lite Brite! Does anyone else remember playing with that toy from their childhood? Cruz colored while Marcial and I played with Lite Brite. The exhibit allowed Cruz and Marcial to play with junk and find its hidden potential.
